50L New Type Glass Jacketed Reactor/ Double Layer Glass Reactor with Heating Bath
Circulation liquid of hot, cold or cryogenic can be filled into the jacket of reactor. Substance reacts by stirring under normal or negative pressure in aieproof glass container. Reaction process can be watched clearly through crystal reaction flask. Jacket Glass Reactor is ideal equipment in library experiment or medium-production in moden biology and pharmcy, and is also applied in synthesizing materials in fine chemical industry.
Working principle:
This machine has electric constant speed stirring system, condensation and dropping system. The interlayer of kettle body needs to be connected with heating or cooling circulation equipment. When the material is stirred, the circulating hot solution or cooling liquid is injected through the interlayer to make the materials in the kettle are heated or cooled at a constant temperature. When the material is heated and reacted, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device need to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (a cooling device need to be connected), which can be refluxed into the kettle. It can also be recycled through the lower valve of the dean-stark. When the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle.
This series of products need to be equipped with a vacuum device, a high-temperature or low-temperature circulation device to form system devices.
Basic configuration
• The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react with the materials.
• Using aluminum alloy + stainless steel material as frame body• Glass + PTFE discharge valve, side material discharge without effusion.• Low-speed power-increasing motor, electronic stepless speed regulation, fine adjustment by knob, speed control box with dual display function can digitally display the speed and the temperature of the material in the kettle.
• The stirring system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the stirring rod from wearing out.
• Using PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel material, wrapped by transparent PTFE tube outside , double anti-corrosion.
• Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum by pointer.
• Crescent-type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; the material of the stirring rod is 304 stainless steel, and it is wrapped in PTFE tube outside.
• There is a universal wheel with brake at the bottom of the equipment, which can be moved as a whole and be operated conveniently.
